1.     VOLUNTEERING in 2018 – COOKING BREAKFAST WITH CAMDEN COLD WEATHER NIGHTSHELTER. Our commitment to the Shelter, based at St George’s Church, Bloomsbury, is to form a parish team of volunteers who will cook and serve breakfast for fifteen or so overnight homeless guests during the Winter period. We will meet outside church and leave promptly at 6 30 am at the following times. Please sign the list at the back of church if you could commit your time to this worthwhile and enjoyable work:

3.     ADVENT BIBLE READING, PRAYER AND MEDITATION GROUP “THE PROMISE OF HIS COMING” MEETS IN THIS CHURCH this Thursday 21st December at 7 pm (pp.26-31). These meditations and Bible studies are based on those found in the booklet ‘Reflections for Advent’. We aim to discover more of what it is to wait on God; to wait patiently for his purposes to be revealed and so fully enter into the joy of Christmas when the time comes…
