LUKE JERAM'S INSTALLATION IS A SCALED DOWN, DIGITALLY ACCURATE 

REPRESENTATION OF THE MOON. IT  WILL BE PUT IN PLACE AT

HOLY CROSS CHURCH FOR THE DURATION OF THE BLOOMSBURY FESTIVAL,

FROM SATURDAY 12TH OCTOBER UNTIL MONDAY 21ST OCTOBER 2019.

 

LUKE JERAM'S ART WORK IS MAGINIFICENT AND WILL FILL THE CHANCEL TO ALMOST ITS FULL 

WIDTH AND REACH TO THE TOP OF THE CHURCH CEILING FROM TEN FEET OFF THE FLOOR SPACE.

 

THE MOON INSTALLATION WILL INCORPORATE MANY COMMUNAL AND ARTS EVENTS DURING THE

PERIOD OF THE FESTIVAL AND YOU ARE INVITED TO COME AND WITNESS THIS AMAZING ART WORK.

THE INSTALLATION NOT ONLY HELPS US TO REMEMBER THE MOMENTOUS EVENTS OF JULY 1969

BUT ALSO TO CONSIDER THE MOON AND ITS SIGNIFICENCE FROM A RANGE OF SYMBOLIC REFERENCES.
